A Commerce graduate with Honours in Finance, Rajesh has been associated with the pharmaceutical business alongside his consulting and leadership responsibilities. His experience in building teams, developing business systems and nurturing long-term professional relationships has shaped his approach towards creating sustainable and professionally managed ventures.

Alongside his professional pursuits, Rajesh has been actively involved in social and community development initiatives, working across education, rural development, water conservation and other social-impact projects. His involvement in these initiatives has strengthened his commitment to responsible leadership, community engagement and creating sustainable value.

As a founder of Adrijen Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Rajesh brings a strong focus on organisational development, business discipline, people, partnerships and long-term growth. His vision is to build Adrijen as a trusted pharmaceutical platform that combines quality, reliability, professional management and strong business partnerships.

He graduated in Hotel Management from IHM Aurangabad (Taj Group) and began his professional career with the hospitality industry, gaining experience with Marriott Hotels, including Westin Hyderabad. His exposure to the hospitality sector helped him develop a strong understanding of customer service, systems, quality standards and professional operations.

In 2021, Abhishek ventured into the pharmaceutical industry and founded Pykon Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. He successfully developed a scalable business model with a portfolio of 1,000+ products, building a strong foundation in pharmaceutical marketing, distribution and partner relationships.

Adrijen Healthcare is the next phase of that entrepreneurial journey — an expansion built on the learnings, systems and market understanding developed through Pykon. Abhishek brings a young, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on innovation, execution, customer relationships and scalable growth.

Kapil entered the pharmaceutical business in 2016 and went on to pioneer his first pharmaceutical venture, Zencus Pharma, building valuable experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product development, distribution networks and business partnerships.

Over the years, his entrepreneurial journey has provided him with deep industry insight and a practical understanding of the evolving pharmaceutical market. His strengths lie in business strategy, product portfolio development, market expansion and building sustainable channel relationships.

At Adrijen Healthcare, Kapil brings this experience together with the entrepreneurial energy of Abhishek Jindal and the business and organisational expertise of Rajesh Jindal.
